I've been virtually training with Gina for the last 8 months and I couldn't be happier. Before signing up, I followed different strength programs but nothing ever stuck, and I didn't really feel like I was getting any stronger. Ever since I started working with her, I've never been so consistent in my workouts — and I don't think I've ever been this strong. I was skeptical at first about training virtually, but it really hasn't been a problem at all. Gina is so great at explaining the movements. She consistently creates fun workouts but also has no problem adjusting if needed. She's such a positive, uplifting person and I look forward to every session — which, let's be honest, is such a win when it comes to working out. I couldn't recommend her enough as a trainer!

Hi Gina, Hope you had a great thanksgiving weekend! I'm so thankful for you and your guidance. I didn't train at all this week because I had to prep 13 dishes by myself (why did I do that?!) but I didn't feel terrible about myself and instead, focused on times where I was able to incorporate movement and grounding activities (like foam rolling). Without your guidance the past 10 months, that wouldn't have been my reaction to intentionally miss training for a week. Instead of being grateful for what I could get done for myself, I would have felt miserably, regretful and resentful that I didn't have extra hours in my week to train.

Seriously, thank you from the bottom of my heart! You helped me rewire how I think about self-care, movement, and general physical health.

Functional movement that translates to life outside the gym.

I just had the best win! My husband and I went back to our old apartment to pick up our TVs, and it's a super far walk to the loading dock. He had to pause a few times because his arm hurt — and I didn't have any issues at all. Yay grip strength!

I found myself (just today, on vacation!) realizing how much more energy and capacity I have as a result of training. Lifting has quite literally helped uplift so many other parts of my life. This is such a big shift from previous years.

Nonjudgmental training that supports, strengthens, challenges and energizes.

I have LOVED working with Gina so much. I had done some strength training before and really loved it. However, I struggled to program for myself and felt that I didn't have enough knowledge to keep going on my own. I was eager to get back into strength training, educate myself, and get stronger. I was in a movement rut, and wanted to find someone who I could trust, and who had an understanding of body neutrality/body diversity too.

We started by virtually training over zoom, and have more recently begun training in person. It has been so cool to see myself get stronger, feel more capable, and try new things. I notice that I have more strength, and I generally feel better the longer I strength train.

Gina is so encouraging, warm, and supportive. She has pushed me to try new things and been flexible when I have needed adjustments. She has taught me so much through my time with her. She also makes the experience always feel comfortable, so I never feel worried about being judged or making mistakes, which used to hold me back with movement in the past. I am so excited to keep working with her!

Mindset shifts from coaching that go beyond just training.

This week I've been skiing, golfing and bouldering to stay active in fun ways — and I noticed it was easier than before because I've gained so much strength. Even though work was a lot, I was able to keep my stress levels lower than I used to.

I realized how much I love my body, even in the moments I feel a little bloated or puffy. I'm so proud of how much lifting has changed my mentality on life.
